qualified head chef and now in his current position as Function Manager.
Over this period of time he has witnessed the necessity to provide a

products. David has a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality trade and
can assist in all areas of your next function.
Sylvia has previously worked in a bridal and gift boutique and has a broad
experience in the hospitality industry. She also has seen the need for a
business to offer clients a professional and corporate approach without
substituting quality.
